Annik Lachance Gravel

Annik Lachance Gravel is the president and CEO of sanitation company Lachance et Gravel. The company was originally founded by her parents in 1996. Annik acquired, rebranded, and expanded the company in 2014. Since its humble beginnings in a series of small Québec boroughs, Lachance et Gravel has grown into a team of over 150 employees. The company values a healthy environment, offering services like housekeeping, tailor-made sanitary plans, and high-quality cleaning supplies and products. Passionate about entrepreneurship, Annik strives to learn more about running her company as a student of the École D’Entrepreneurship de Beauce in Saint-Georges, Québec. Her leadership is dedicated to collaboration, trust, and respect. In 2022, she was featured amongst Evol’s 25 Leaders of Impact.
