Ashley is the Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Newfoundland SaaS startup Creatros Technologies Inc. Creatros Technologies uses a first of its kind, AI empowered JIRA solution for tech companies to track the skills of technical employees. Ashley was honoured with the Trailblazer award by the Newfoundland and Labrador Organization of Woman Entrepreneurs (NLOWE). This award recognizes entrepreneurs who own and operate businesses that excel in non-traditional industries for woman-owned businesses, or establish businesses uncommon for the area in which it operates.
