Sara Wang

Sara Wang is a Vancouver-based businesswoman, executive coach, and founder of VIV Coaching. She has over 20 years of experience as a management consultant, helping corporate and non-profit organizations globally in various industries, including oil and gas, steel, real estate development, renewable energy, and sustainable development. With a background in global management and analytical chemistry, Sara started VIV Coaching in 2020 during the pandemic to provide mentoring and coaching to entrepreneurs and non-profit leaders. She saw a need in the business coaching space to help leaders run organizations and enhance the way entrepreneurs work with coaches. Sara is proud of her philanthropic efforts, including rebuilding a school after a massive earthquake in China and organizing an exhibition during the 2008 Olympics. She is actively involved in sustainable development, education for underprivileged children, and the arts. Sara is a Canadian Women Entrepreneur Award nominee and provides mentorship to future women entrepreneurs.
