Denise Robert

Denise Robert is a notable film producer and the co-founder and President of Cinémaginaire, a film production company based in Montreal QC. She has won many awards for film production, notably producing “Les Invasions barbares” which was the first Canadian film to win an Academy Award for the best Foreign Language Film in 2004. Her production company is credited as a contributor to the Quebecois film scene, producing the highest-grossing French-Canadian film to date “De père en flic”. Denise was appointed to the Order of Canada in 2014 for her contributions to Canadian film and culture.
