Brianna Blaney

After graduating from university, Brianna Blaney got into the recruitment business at a Vancouver-based company and saw an opening in the market she knew she could fill. She founded her company Envol Strategies with the goal of helping smaller companies establish themselves as brands and desirable places to work while charging lower fees than the big recruiters. It has been a successful strategy: Envol now has satellite offices in Toronto and Calgary in addition to the flagship office in Vancouver.
