Caitlin Rushton

Caitlin Rushton is the co-founder and COO of Better Basics, a company that produces plastic-free home refill products such as hand soap, dish soap, cleaning products, and stainless steel bottles. Better Basics operates on a mission to make eco-living simpler by adhering to ethical standards and using biodegradable materials. Along with her co-founder Samantha Rayner, Caitlin leads a small and dynamic team at Better Basics out of Vancouver, BC. Working with years of experience in business leadership, she also serves as the Regional Vice President of business communication platform Slack.
