Isabelle Lam

As a registered dietitian, Isabelle is motivated by three passions: food, culture, and adrenaline. She is the co-founder and COO of Remix Snacks, a food manufacturing company that makes bean-based snacks using upcycled ingredients. Along with her co-founder Jamie Lee, Isabelle operates Remix Snacks as a proud Asian-female, dietitian-led company that is healthy for both the environment and its consumers. The two women founded Remix Snacks in 2018, during their final year at McGill University, where they both pursued degrees in Dietetics and Nutrition. From strangers to roommates, then best friends to co-founders, Isabelle and Jamie have earned much success from their company. Within four years of founding Remix Snacks, they were honoured with a BMO Celebrating Women Grant in 2022, and their company has been featured on major news outlets like Global News and the Toronto Star.
