Catherine Choi

Catherine Choi is the founder and President of SoYoung, a company that specializes in stylish eco-friendly lifestyle backpacks and lunch bags with a modern design. Her products are best known for their monochromatic illustration and understated designs. Catherine overcame an addiction she struggled with over 20 years ago, after which she was inspired to create an international lifestyle goods company. She holds a Bachelor of Finance and International Business degree from McGill University and she worked as an accomplished Business Analyst for Scotiabank before starting SoYoung. Today, her popular bags are carried by Anthropoglie and have been featured in Teen Vogue, Today, Esquire, and The Oprah Magazine. Catherine has spoken at multiple conferences on women entrepreneurship, using her experience and journey to provide direction, inspiration, and teach self-empowerment.
