Rupa Karyampudi

Rupa Co-founded MK Disability Lawyers LLP, a boutique law firm dedicated to representing disabled plaintiffs in their long-term disability insurance disputes. While obtaining her J.D. from Queen’s University Faculty of Law, she was a volunteer caseworker for the Queen’s Legal Aid Clinic, and represented clients in Canada Pension Plan Disability benefits and Ontario Disability Support Program matters. This experience led her to create a legal practice where she could advocate for clients experiencing financial, physical, and emotional barriers to justice. MK Disability Lawyers LLP was the recipient of the Markham Board of Trade Business Excellence Award for best Women-Led Business.
