Chelsey Jersak

Chelsey Jersak is the founder and principal of Situate, a boutique consulting firm specialized in navigating the municipal approvals process for infill projects. With years of experience working in municipal government, Chelsey founded Situate to fill a gap in the market to provide specialized service to infill developers. She is uniquely positioned to help companies throughout the planning process with a background in regional and urban development coupled with credentials as a Registered Professional Planner and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®). In 2020 Chelsey was recognized as one of Edmonton’s Top 40 Under 40 by EDify Magazine.
