Chloe Hamilton

When Chloe’s mother Brenda was simultaneously caring for her aging mother and raising her family, she wishes that more care options were available. Chloe’s experience of her grandmother declining with each move to a new care facility was the founding motivation behind Warm Embrace. Warm Embrace provides homecare, dementia care, and companionship to families struggling with caregiving on their own. Chloe employs specially-trained caregivers who are uniquely equipped to address the complex needs and challenges of caring for clients living with dementia.
