Crystal Janvier-Romaniuk

Crystal Janvier-Romaniuk, CEO and Owner of Sundance Enterprises Ltd., didn’t always aspire to own a business, but always exhibited the determination and drive necessary of successful entrepreneurs. With a newborn son, Crystal began her educational pursuit, completing a Bachelor of Arts Honors degree and a Masters of Science in Public Health. Crystal began her entrepreneurial journey after a career in consulting and working with Indigenous youth, inspiring them to pursue a career in trades. In 2009, she launched her own oil and gas consulting business, and in 2013, began Sundance Enterprises Ltd., a facility integrity and quality assurance consulting business, with her husband.
