Lisa Feldstein

Lisa Feldstein is a healthcare lawyer in Markham, Ontario. She is the founder of Lisa Feldstein Law Office, where she provides legal advice to families on reproductive (fertility) law, consent and capacity (mental health law), guardianship, OHIP, and other healthcare issues. Lisa earned her Juris Doctor degree from Osgoode Hall Law School at York University, and she holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Guelph. Lisa also runs a program called Kinkeeper, which offers courses that make healthcare law services more accessible. In 2021, the Lawyerist, an online community for small law firms, ranked Lisa Feldstein Law Office on their list of Best Law Firm Websites. In addition to running her own law firm, she has worked as an instructor and an adjunct professor at York University, where she taught healthcare law in the Faculty of Health.
