Dallas Mercer founded Dallas Mercer Consulting to address a need that existed for most employers when it came to managing claim duration and escalating costs. Dallas Mercer Consulting is a disability and safety management company specializing in workplace injury, non-occupational leave management, occupational health & safety consulting and training, and industrial hygiene services. To date, the consulting company now has offices in three provinces and services more than 550 clients across Canada. Dallas is an employer advocate who was recognized by Atlantic Business Magazine (ABM) as one of the “Top 10 Entrepreneurs to Watch” in 2012. She has also received the NLOWE Entrepreneurial Excellence Award in 2015 and has been named one of ABM’s Top 50 CEOs in 2017, 2018, and 2019.
