Deborah Rodrigo is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Strategy In Motion Inc., a business advisory firm focused on helping entrepreneurs find solutions and equip business leaders to manage challenges proactively with confidence. The company’s mission is to help clients transform their businesses to High Performance Organizations, by working with their senior leadership team to identify gaps in the organization’s strategy, design and culture. Deborah is also the Chief Operating Officer of HighStreet Insurance Group and a TEC Canada Chair.
