Mary Lee Newnham is the CEO and executive chef of Emelle’s Catering. With over 20 years in business and multiple awards under her belt, Mary Lee has cemented her business as a leading caterer in Vancouver, having grown from serving sandwiches to catering Vancouver Olympic Events. Emelle’s lists several partnerships for which it is the exclusive or preferred caterer. In addition to event catering, Emelle’s has two brick-and-mortar cafes serving breakfast and lunch. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Mary Lee shifted operations to producing boxed meals and subscription boxes complete with pre-made foods.
