Emily Chung

Emily Chung is the founder of AutoNiche, an auto repair company that is dedicated to improving communication and client service in the automotive industry. With over 25 years of technical experience and over 15 years of automotive parts experience, Emily and her team strive to empower and educate their clients with the goal of making the experience of taking a car in for servicing a positive one. Emily is a licensed Automotive Service Technician and holds a degree in Psychology and Business from the University of Waterloo. She has appeared on various media outlets and is a guest journalist with Car Care Business Magazine. She is also a passionate speaker and teacher at Georgian College’s Automotive Business School of Canada, sharing her knowledge about working in the trades, entrepreneurship, and effective communication with various organizations and schools.
