Donna Baker

Donna Baker is the co-founder and managing partner of Keynote Search, an executive search company based in Ottawa, Ontario. Originally from the UK, Donna moved to Canada to support the launch of an international recruitment firm. A few short years later, she launched her own firm which grew into Keynote, one of Ottawa’s fastest-growing businesses. She has personally delivered over $4 million in executive placements, which have been supported by Keynote’s proprietary and collaborative Post-Placement Integration Program.
