Neshay Ahmed

Neshay Ahmed is the Chief Technology Officer and co-founder of Wavy, a culture management platform that empowers businesses to create meaningful company culture. Wavy offers online, in-person, and asynchronous programs for its clients, offering them flexible experiences. The company was launched in 2019, and many of its current services are tailored toward remote work environments as a result of COVID-19. Neshay is responsible for leading the software development at Wavy. She holds an Honours Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Waterloo. Before co-founding Wavy, she worked as a senior application developer for Tesla Motors and as a senior software engineer at Zynga. In 2019, she and her co-founder Shawn Hewat participated in Communitech’s Fierce Founders Bootcamp, where Wavy finished as the runner-up.
