Elizabeth Mitchell

Elizabeth Mitchell is the founder of Eliza’s Market, which makes fresh, vegetarian, cruelty-free, and low-waste soap. Elizabeth is Mi’kmaw from Eel River Bar First Nation, currently residing in Fredericton, New Brunswick with her husband and two children. Her job at Eliza’s Market is to make calming, de-stressing, luxurious, and spa-like soap using CBD oils. She originally started making and selling soap to local customers in order to support her family. Her sales were met with overwhelming success, which led her to launch Eliza’s Market. In 2021, she represented her business at the Atlantic Pow Wow Pitch, where Eliza’s Market finished as a semi-finalist.
