Hilda Gan

Hilda Gan is the President and Chief People Officer of People Bright Consulting Inc., a human resources (HR) management consulting firm based in Toronto. She has extensive experience helping leaders of companies and organizations build successful hiring processes, healthy and inclusive work culture, and engaged staff. Hilda is an accomplished entrepreneur who co-founded TRANS Consulting, an award-winning Engineering Consulting firm. Her success led her to create the Connect with REVUP Program that trains, coaches, and mentors executives, managers, and aspiring leaders to develop their people leadership skills and create respectful engaged workplaces. Hilda is also an International Best-Selling Author, and Fascinate Certified Advisor, and holds a Master of Health Science from the University of Toronto. Hilda was named one of the 21 Asian Entrepreneurs Who Are Shaking Up Canada by StartUp Canada.
