Ivy Chen

Ivy Chen is the Co-Owner and Chief Growth Officer of CMEOW (Chanmao Inc.), a company she co-founded in 2013 with the goal of connecting local Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and Thai restaurants to the community through its Asian food delivery platform. CME’s mission is to bridge the cultural gap and encourage the discovery of authentic Asian foods. The company initially began as a hobby for Ivy, but quickly grew to 150,000 users, served over 1,600 restaurants, and operated in 8 Canadian cities. However, the pandemic forced CMEOW to pivot and now it provides last-mile deliveries for local businesses, operates across 24 cities in Canada, and has made over 2.8 million deliveries to date. Ivy’s passion for authentic Asian cuisine, her background in technology and strategic direction, and her dedication to CMEOW’s mission and vision have been key to the company’s growth and success.
