Jennie Dobbs

Jennie had a successful career in finance in the United Kingdom, but longed for more creative culinary work. She decided to change course and return to her home town of Halifax in 2007 to follow her dream of opening an upscale pizza restaurant. Her emphasis on fresh, local ingredients and customer service have been a hit, allowing her to expand to a second location and publish a cookbook. She rotates a portion of the menu seasonally, keeping customers interested and coming back for more.
