Jennifer Ménard-Shand is the CEO of Staff Shop Inc., a company that specializes in temporary, contract, and direct hire hospitality and event staffing. Jennifer is an Indigenous French-Canadian entrepreneur based in Toronto, Ontario. Jennifer worked at a full-service recruitment agency before launching Staff Shop Inc. in 2018. Her company now services clients across North America, deploying thousands of employees across Canada. Jennifer also offers speaking engagements, having spoken at organizations like American Express, Toronto Metropolitan University, and Sobeys. In 2021, Jennifer represented her company at the Pow Wow Pitch, where she finished as a finalist.
