Jordan McIntyre

Jordan McIntyre is a senior business analyst turned artisanal seafood processor. She is the owner and CEO of Mary Manette Seafood in Charlottetown, PEI, which offers naturally smoked Canadian seafood. Jordan founded the business in 2019 and named it in honour of her great-grandmother Mary Manette, who harvested and sold fresh seafood over a century ago in West Chezzetcook, Nova Scotia. Jordan is inspired by her great-grandmother’s story of travelling by horse and wagon every night to set up her fish stand at the Halifax Farmer’s Market, and she commits to providing the same sentiment of quality and care for her seafood products. Mary Manette Seafood values sustainability, conservation, community, and local culture. They are known for infusing their seafood with flavourful brines and natural woodsmoke, showcasing the best of PEI’s food culture.
