Fabiola Fleurimar

Fabiola Fleurimar is the co-founder and Customer Experience Director of Royalty Natural, a Québec beauty brand that specializes in sustainable Black hair products. Fabiola is a self-identified mother entrepreneur who co-founded Royalty Natural with Schamma Rosidor in 2017. The two women started the company with the goal of making products that meet the needs of different hair types among Black women. As the Customer Experience Director, Fabiola is in charge of educating customers in hair care and ensuring that they choose the right products. Her ultimate mission is to empower the women who shop at Royalty Natural and promote their well-being.
