Judy is the founder of Iceblink, a women’s clothing boutique located in the heart of downtown Yellowknife. After nearly a decade in business, Judy has built a boutique to last: during the COVID-19 pandemic, Judy grew sales by pivoting to an online retail platform, and by stocking comfortable clothing and lounge sets that could be worn by employees working at home. Despite global supply chain disruptions particularly affecting the north, Iceblink has grown revenues. The pandemic also gave Judy the opportunity to realize one of her dreams: opening an in-store cafe for patrons to enjoy coffee while shopping.
