Justine Breton, co-founder and owner of Aux Fruits de la Colline, is a mother of four who has always been passionate about undertaking and managing projects. Growing up on a dairy, pork, and maple syrup farm in St-Bernard, Québec, she later pursued a bachelor’s degree in Agri-food Management and Economics. In 2010, Justine and her partner acquired a half-hectare raspberry farm with several uncultivated pasture fields. Overtime, she has grown their agriculture company which now boasts 22 hectares of fields with various fruits, vegetables, and greenhouse grown organics. Justine enjoys innovating growing methods and unique products made from their natural sources at Aux Fruits de la Colline. By employing the use of greenhouses during the winter, the company cultivates strawberries in a fully controlled and pesticide free environment and has become very successful amongst their shoppers. In 2022, she was honoured at the Gala Agricultrices du Québec with the Coup de Coeur prize, recognizing her achievement and dedication to agriculture and business in Québec.
