Kathy started out as a stay-at-home mom selling homemade baked goods and local farmer’s markets. Her products became so popular that soon she expanded her home kitchen operation, to a fully operational and certified bakery out of her basement. Her business has grown, as have her staff: she now operates two locations of her bakery with a storefront so that consumers can purchase her baked goods in between farmer’s market days. In addition to cookie sales, Kathy also hosts cookie-decorating birthday parties. Sweet!
