Kerlande Mibel

Kerlande has over a decade of experience working in economic development, and is the architect behind the Montreal Feminine Entrepreneurship Challenge and the Women’s Entrepreneurship Days for Economic Development Professionals. With an extensive background in the employability and entrepreneurship of women, Kerlande launched her communications agency, Zwart, which specializes in the marketing of diversity and multiculturalism. In 2015, she founded the International Black Economic Forum, an apolitical organization dedicated to the economic development of African and African-descendent people with the mission of accelerating Black generation of wealth.
