Krista LaRiviere is the co-founder and previously served as the CEO of gShift Labs (now known as Mintent), a software start-up that specializes in digital marketing analytics. She is an experienced entrepreneur with gShift being her third software start-up, having co-founded CGK Technologies Group in 1999 and Hot Banana Software in 2004. Both companies were purchased by Lyris in 2006. Krista is responsible for the overall operations, strategic direction, and producing results for the company. She holds a degree in Economics, a Bachelor of Business Administration, and a postgraduate degree in Information Technology. Krista has been recognized for her leadership and business success by numerous organizations, including being awarded Barrie’s Business Woman of the Year and named by the Business Development Bank of Canada as one of Canada’s Top Ten Young Entrepreneurs.
