Laura McGee

Laura McGee is the founder and CEO of Diversio, a company that uses AI-powered software steered by human expertise to help make companies more inclusive. The Diversio platform enables companies to track, measure, and improve workplace diversity in addition to providing training and specialized recommendations. Laura is an industry expert, having previously worked as an advisor on EDI issues for large public and private sector clients, and has co-authored diversity research in partnership with Lean In and the Wall Street Journal. Laura was recognized as one of Canada’s Top 25 Women of Influence in 2017.
