Liz Pietrzak

Liz Pietrzak is the owner and chef of Soups From Me to You, a local food business in Hamilton, Ontario. Liz creates gourmet flavourful soups using locally sourced vegetables and meats that are free of preservatives, additives, and GMOs. Her menu also features products for different types of diets including vegan, gluten-free, low sodium, and plant-based soups. Liz’s entrepreneurial journey is inspired by her mother, who made traditional Ukrainian and Polish soups for her while she was growing up. Soup-making is a family tradition that Liz has taken on and turned into a successful local business. Soups From Me to You works with retailers around the Hamilton area, and her business offers delivery and pickup across Southern Ontario. In 2022, Liz won the Hamilton Chamber of Commerce’s award for Small Business of the Year (1-10 Employees).
