Lysanne O’Bomsawin

Lysanne O’Bomsawin is the Chef and Founder of Traiteur Québénakis in Saint-Boniface, Quebec. Traiteur Québénakis is a catering service with a specialization in Quebec and Aboriginal cuisine, also offering in-home chef services. Being of Abenaki descent, Lysanne combines her culture and culinary expertise to create cuisine that pays homage to her Québécoise and Indigenous roots. Lysanne has been featured in television programs such as Des kiwis et des hommes, Ma caravane au Canada, and Par-dessus le marché, as well as hosted her own show, Wlip8gwad, on APTN. In the footsteps of her nomadic ancestors, Lysanne travels throughout Quebec to offer her services and culinary creations.
