Mallorie Brodie

Co-founders Mallorie Brodie and Lauren Lake both grew up in construction families in Canada. Together, while participating in the 2013 cohort of the Toronto-based Next 36, they came up with an innovative idea that is currently shaking up the construction world. In 2014, the young founders created Bridgit, a company providing software solutions for the construction industry, aimed at making construction simpler. Since launching, Brodie and Lake have grown their team to over 64 employees and secured over $10.2 million in funding. To date, Bridgit has been used on more than 5,000 projects by over 30,000 subcontractors. In 2019, Brodie and Lake were featured on Forbes’ Top 30 Under 30 list.
