Marie-Claude Desjardins

Marie-Claude Desjardins founded Hardware Rebels in 2019, a company that helps manufacturing firms create products and supply specialized components for commercial, residential, government, and hospital furniture. She never expected that her interests in drawing, organizing space, and planning would lead to starting a business. Desjardins decided to become an entrepreneur because she saw a need in her industry for a new approach and felt it was her calling. She is proud of making groundbreaking changes in a male-dominated industry and views her boldest move as leaving her position as General Manager to start her own business. She stays inspired by the impact her team makes on people’s lives through creative solutions and out-of-the-box thinking. Desjardins’ future plans include developing two new business divisions within Hardware Rebels.
