Mellissa Mills used to stock shelves at Whole Foods, and is now the founder and CEO of products that can be found in the same stores. Founded in her kitchen from a desire to contribute to a sustainable economy, Mellissa’s company has since grown into a 20 000 square food manufacturing facility in Richmond, BC. Spread ‘Em is popular for innovative cashew-based products that imitate the taste and texture of traditional cheeses.
