Michelle Kwok

Born and raised as a Vancouverite, Michelle Kwok and her co-founder Ravina Anand launched FLIK in January 2020 to connect female students looking for career-relevant opportunities with female founders looking for extra help on their teams. At FLIK, Kwok leads the marketing/sales, business development, partnerships, events, communications, and media portfolios. Kwok has also spoken at 100+ events on entrepreneurship, women’s empowerment, diversity & inclusion, and breaking traditional barriers via unconventional career paths. She has been selected as a YWCA Young Woman of Distinction and Conversationa-LIST GenZ Honoree. Kwok hopes to inspire women globally to accelerate through the female founder pipeline.
