Suzanne Gildert

Suzanne Gildert is the co-founder and CTO of Sanctuary AI, a tech company on a mission to build general-purpose robots for the world of work. Prior to Sanctuary, she co-founded Kindred AI, overseeing the design and engineering of human-like robots. Suzanne was responsible for the development of cognitive architectures that allow the robots to learn about themselves and their environments. She holds a Ph.D in experimental physics from the University of Birmingham (UK) in 2008, specializing in quantum device physics, microfabrication techniques, and low-temperature measurements of novel superconducting circuits.
