Monika Carmichael

Monika is the proud owner and active manager of Trent Valley Honda, the only woman-owned car dealership in Peterborough. Originally opened by her father, the dealership has been in operation for over four decades. She purchased a majority interest in the dealership and was approved as the Deal Principal by Honda, carrying her father’s torch while bringing her own vision to the business. Monika leads a staff of 50, focusing on workplace culture as well as customer satisfaction on a continuous basis.
