Nadia Ladak

Nadia Ladak is the co-founder and CEO of Marlow, a menstrual health brand that has developed the world’s first lubricated tampon. The brand has gained significant attention, with over 50 million views on TikTok and features in major publications such as Global News, Canadian Living, and Vancouver Sun. Nadia has been the driving force behind Marlow’s fundraising, having secured $500,000 from investors and $250,000 in non-dilutive grants. She has also taken a community-driven approach to reduce the stigma around menstrual health through education and conversations. Nadia has been recognized as one of Canada’s top 30 Under 30 leaders by Bay Street Bull and as one of the Top 29 Women Leading the Modern Menstrual Movement by Girlboss. She is also an advocate for women and youth entrepreneurs as part of the Startup Women Advocacy Network at Startup Canada.
