Nkechi has 20 years of IT experience under her belt, and is presently the Associate Vice President of Technology Infrastructure at TD Bank. A highly driven professional, she is also the founder and CEO of Empowered in My Skin (EIMS) Inc., offering personal brand development and coaching services as well as speaking engagements and workshops. To complement her consulting and speaking work, Nkechi recently released her own podcast “Own Your Thrive” which features frequent guest speakers on a variety of motivational and personal development topics.
