Peng-Sang Cau

Peng-Sang Cau has overcome many obstacles and challenges in her life: originally from Cambodia, her family fled to Canada when she was just 10 years old. After earning her business degree at Queen’s University, Peng-Sang worked for other companies including Unilever before setting out to start her own business. With 3 partners, loans, and no network or capital funding, Transformix, an engineering company that designs and manufacturer automated machinery for assembling plastic parts at high speeds, has grown from a basement operation to two facilities in Kingston Ontario with a global client base.
