Schamma Rosidor

Schamma Rosidor is the President, CEO, and co-founder of Royalty Natural, a Québec beauty brand that specializes in sustainable Black hair products. Schamma co-founded the company with Fabiola Fleurimar in 2017 to make products that meet the needs of different hair types among Black women. Schamma is a business professional with a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from the University of Québec in Montréal. She has extensive experience working as a recruiter in different companies like Bell Solutions Technologies and PepsiCo Canada. In 2022, she won the Junior Chamber of Commerce of Montréal’s ARISTA Award for Québec Young Entrepreneur: Start-Up.
