Shelly Mandeville

Shelly Mandeville is the CEO and owner of Naoka Incorporated, a company that designs and manufactures high-quality Vehicle Safety Whips and other safety products in Sherwood Park, Alberta. Naoka Incorporated is committed to sustainability, sourcing available supplies from local businesses and taking eco-responsible approaches to their manufacturing process. Shelly earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Lethbridge. She is a spokesperson for Indigenous women’s entrepreneurship, having received the Indigenous Women in Leadership Award from the Canadian Council for Aboriginal Business in 2022. In addition to Naoka Incorporated, she is also the co-founder of Wildrose Contractor Supports Ltd., which provides bookkeeping and administrative services to small and medium enterprises.
