Stella Vanstone is the founder and CEO of Stellar Eats, a company that aims to help people cultivate a healthy relationship with food and their bodies by creating healthy eats that taste like treats. She is a holistic nutritionist and writer behind the wellness blog Stellar Health. Having struggled with disordered eating for many years, Stella’s mission is to help people understand that nourishing foods can be delicious and that wellness does not have to mean sacrifice or restriction. Alongside her partners, Stella leads an all-women team that creates products made with real-food ingredients that people can enjoy without feeling guilty. Steller Eats was founded in Toronto and their product line is available across Canada and the USA.
