Sue Humby

Sue Humby is the co-owner of Jane & Sue Chocolate, a chocolate shop in Stanley Bridge, PEI. Sue opened the shop with her sister Jane in 2020 after a 30-year separation. The two originally grew up together in Burlington, Ontario, and later reunited in PEI after they both had their own children. Sue has a passion for the food industry, having owned a restaurant in Hamilton, Ontario over 30 years ago. Jane & Sue Chocolate was born from her and her sister’s shared dream of running a successful food business. Today, the shop offers handcrafted premium chocolate using organic, local, fair-trade and gluten-free ingredients.
