Suzanne founded Human Resources Systems Group (HRSG) in 1989 as a one-person operation. Today, her operation providing strategic human resource management consulting services and products to local, national and global organizations now has over 30 full-time staff, and is backed by an Associate network of over 30 professionals who together, offer an unmatched base of expertise in the Talent Management field. As President, Suzanne heads the Consulting Division, and provides direction for HRSG’s evolving Talent Management software, i-SkillSuite, now being sold world-wide to organizations of all types and sizes. She is recognized as a thought leader in the field of competency-based management and is a sought after speaker internationally.
