Tammy MacKinnon

Tammy MacKinnon is an Indigenous business owner in Oromocto, New Brunswick. She runs Piviting Studio, a sewing and creative arts studio that offers sewing, quilting, and serging classes. Her business is available to both youth and adults, and they provide sewing equipment so that the classes can be accessed by anyone. Tammy’s studio can be found in the Native Women’s Association of Canada’s #BeTheDrum Indigenous Women’s Business Directory. She is also a recipient of the Canadian Council for Aboriginal Business’s Indigenous Women Entrepreneurship Fund.
