Tiffany Kaminsky

Tiffany Kaminsky is a sales and marketing strategist who joined with her business partner to co-found Symend in 2016. Symend is a tech startup that has developed a platform for service providers and financial institutions to interact with financially at-risk customers, leveraging behavioural science, AI, and machine learning to optimize the engagement experience. Symend emphasizes the role of empathy by enterprises to engage customers with outstanding debt, using software to collaboratively resolve the debt and retain them as customers in the long term. Tiffany helped raise more than $85 million in seed funding to date, one of Alberta’s largest series B rounds in recent history.
